The goal of an impactful learning experience is not only to impart knowledge but to result in new skills and competencies gained by learners as well as transformed attitudes, behaviors and mindsets. We design intentional experiences that help learners acquire knowledge, new skills and mindsets through a greater emphasis on doing and reflecting on the actions taken. We can designing experiential learning programmes as well as experiential learning activities embedded within existing programmes.
