About the role
The Learning Design Project Associate role entails designing learning experiences, content, and material as well as managing successful learning design and delivery projects (Online Courses, Programs, Events) within the set time and resource constraints.
It is an exciting role for an ambitious individual who is passionate about designing, managing, and delivering learning products and experiences
What you will be doing
- In this role, you will be involved in planning learning programs and experiences, conducting research (including speaking with clients, users, and stakeholders) as well as creating and curating learning resources and content.
- You will be involved in building learning programs and solutions, estimating needs and requirements as well as ensuring profitability.
- You will evaluate and manage existing and new learning programs to ensure successful implementation and close-out in the case of learning projects.
- Some of this will involve communicating and networking with program stakeholders as well as being involved in the marketing of these programs and products (in the case of products created internally)
Requirements
- 1- 3 years of work experience
- Demonstrated experience and passion for designing high quality learning content and experiences
- Strong Time and Project Management skills; you should be able to keep track of multiple projects in various stages of completion and progress
- Well organized and detailed oriented, you're self driven and own and handle your tasks without intervention
- Ability to be flexible and to change directions quickly, able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
- Ability to work with partners from different cultural backgrounds
- Be a phenomenal teammate and understand that everyone plays a role on the team, and also works together to help one another out
- Passion for Entrepreneurship and Business and experience either designing Entrepreneurship learning content or facilitating programs is an advantage
- Great facilitation and presentation skills with ability to communicate to audiences
- Excellent writing skills with very minimal mistakes
- Self-aware individual, with a passion and humility to learn and grow quickly
There is a preference for applicants who are able to live and work in Kigali, Rwanda
